These cards summarise important aspects of the mygm2u Terms & Conditions. They are not a substitute for reading the full agreement below.
You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use mygm2u. Underage accounts are permanently closed without notice.
Each person may hold only one mygm2u account. Duplicate accounts are subject to immediate suspension and forfeiture of any balance.
All bonuses and promotions are subject to wagering requirements detailed at the point of offer. Bonus abuse results in forfeiture and account review.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. mygm2u is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised access due to credential sharing.
mygm2u operates exclusively in Malaysian Ringgit. All deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals are denominated in MYR unless a USDT arrangement is explicitly approved.
mygm2u reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account where fraud, collusion, system exploitation, or Terms violation is identified, with or without prior notice.
In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:
References to statutes include any modifications, reenactments, or extensions thereof. The singular includes the plural and vice versa.
2.1 Minimum Age. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register for or use the mygm2u Platform. By completing registration, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. mygm2u reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Accounts opened by persons under the age of 21 will be permanently closed and all Funds held in such accounts will be forfeited or returned at mygm2u's sole discretion.
2.2 Single Account Policy. Each individual may hold only one (1) registered Account with mygm2u. You may not register on behalf of another person, and you may not permit any other person to use your Account. The existence of duplicate Accounts will result in immediate suspension of all associated Accounts pending investigation, during which all Funds and Bonuses in those Accounts may be forfeited.
2.3 Accurate Information. You agree to provide complete, accurate, and current information during registration and to promptly update such information should it change. Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination.
2.4 Jurisdictional Compliance. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. mygm2u makes no representation that access to or use of the Platform is legal in all locations. If you are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited, you must exit the Platform immediately.
2.5 KYC Verification. mygm2u operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Members may be required to provide identification documents including but not limited to a national identity card (NRIC), passport, or utility bill as proof of address. Withdrawal requests above thresholds determined by mygm2u from time to time will not be processed until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed.
3.1 Credential Confidentiality. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not disclose your login credentials to any third party under any circumstances. mygm2u will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other unsolicited communication.
3.2 Unauthorised Access. You must notify mygm2u immediately if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. mygm2u is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials or from unauthorised access that results from your disclosure of those credentials to another party.
3.3 Two-Factor Authentication. mygm2u strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account. Enabling 2FA requires additional verification at each login attempt and substantially reduces the risk of unauthorised access. You may activate 2FA from Account Settings at any time.
3.4 Account Activity. You are responsible for all activity conducted through your Account whether or not you authorised such activity. All bets, deposits, and withdrawals placed through your Account will be treated as having been made by you.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. mygm2u currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank online banking, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank PBe, and USDT cryptocurrency (subject to separate arrangement). Accepted methods may change without prior notice.
4.2 Currency. All transactions on the Platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). mygm2u does not accept deposits or pay withdrawals in foreign currencies unless a specific USDT arrangement has been established with the Member.
4.3 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is RM 100 unless otherwise stated. mygm2u reserves the right to modify the minimum deposit threshold at any time.
4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests to e-wallet methods are processed within 5 to 60 minutes under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals may take between 30 minutes and 4 hours depending on the receiving bank's clearing cycle. These timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Withdrawal requests will not be processed if KYC verification has not been completed to mygm2u's satisfaction.
4.5 Source of Funds. You represent and warrant that all Funds deposited into your Account are sourced from legitimate activities and that you are the lawful owner of the payment method used. mygm2u reserves the right to refuse any deposit and to return Funds where it has reasonable grounds to suspect they originate from illegal activity.
4.6 Dormant Accounts. Accounts with no login activity for a period of 180 consecutive days may be classified as dormant. mygm2u reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts in accordance with the fee schedule in force at the relevant time. Members will be notified by email prior to any fee being applied.
5.1 Offer Terms. All bonuses and promotional offers made available through mygm2u are subject to individual promotion terms and conditions communicated at the point of offer. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible game types are specified in each individual promotion's terms. mygm2u does not apply wagering requirements to cashback credited as cash (not bonus).
5.3 Bonus Abuse. mygm2u actively monitors accounts for signs of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: exploiting promotional offers through low-risk hedging strategies, using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, or systematically targeting specific games to clear wagering requirements in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play. Where bonus abuse is identified, mygm2u reserves the right to void any associated winnings, forfeit Bonus Funds, and suspend or close the Account.
5.4 Maximum Withdrawal from Bonus. Unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms, the maximum amount withdrawable from bonus-derived winnings shall be specified in the individual offer. mygm2u reserves the right to cap such withdrawals.
5.5 Changes and Withdrawal of Promotions. mygm2u reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Bonuses that have already been credited to a Member's Account will not be retrospectively removed provided they were claimed in compliance with the applicable terms.
6.1 Game Rules. Each game available on the mygm2u Platform is governed by its own game rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of any dispute regarding the outcome of a game, the server-side game logs maintained by mygm2u and its game providers shall be the authoritative record.
6.2 RNG Certification. All random number generator (RNG) based games on the Platform are sourced from providers whose RNG systems have been independently tested and certified by internationally recognised gaming testing laboratories. Return to Player (RTP) percentages are displayed before each game loads.
6.3 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, communication failure, or other system error affecting the integrity of a game or transaction, mygm2u reserves the right to void affected bets or transactions. mygm2u will make reasonable efforts to restore any affected Member to the position they were in immediately before the malfunction occurred.
6.4 Prohibited Conduct. The following are strictly prohibited on the Platform: use of automated software (bots, scripts, macros), exploitation of software bugs or errors, collusion with other Members, manipulation of game outcomes, and any other conduct that mygm2u determines to be contrary to the spirit of fair play. Violations will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all Funds.
7.1 Commitment. mygm2u is committed to providing a responsible gaming environment. The Platform is intended for entertainment purposes only and is not a source of income or a financial investment vehicle.
7.2 Self-Management Tools. All Members have access to deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly), session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion directly from Account Settings. These tools take immediate effect upon activation.
7.3 Self-Exclusion. A Member who activates self-exclusion will be prevented from accessing the Platform for the duration of the exclusion period selected. During the exclusion period, mygm2u will not send promotional communications to the affected Member. Requests to reverse a self-exclusion before the nominated period expires will not be accommodated.
7.4 Age Restriction. mygm2u strictly prohibits use of the Platform by persons under the age of 21. If mygm2u becomes aware or reasonably suspects that a Member is under the minimum age, the Account will be suspended pending age verification. If the Member cannot verify their age, the Account will be permanently closed.

8.1 All content on the mygm2u Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software, is the property of mygm2u or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
8.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial gaming activities. No content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, publicly displayed, or otherwise exploited without the prior written consent of mygm2u.
9.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, mygm2u, its directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of gaming sessions attributable to technical failures beyond mygm2u's reasonable control.
9.2 mygm2u does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free of errors, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may result in temporary unavailability of some or all Platform services.
9.3 Nothing in these Terms shall limit mygm2u's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
10.1 By mygm2u. mygm2u reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably determines that: (a) the Member has breached any provision of these Terms; (b) the Member has engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal conduct; (c) the Account poses a regulatory or compliance risk; or (d) continued operation of the Account is not in mygm2u's or the broader player community's interests.
10.2 By Member. You may close your Account at any time by contacting mygm2u customer support. Upon closure, any Funds held in your Account (net of any applicable charges or pending wagering requirements on Bonus Funds) will be returned to your nominated payment method subject to completed KYC verification.
10.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution — shall continue in full force and effect.
mygm2u reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Members by email to the address on file, and an updated version will be published on the Platform with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to an amendment, you must close your Account before the effective date of the change.
12.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. mygm2u makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate for use in any specific jurisdiction.
12.2 In the event of any dispute arising from your use of the Platform or from these Terms, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter by contacting mygm2u customer support at [email protected]. mygm2u will endeavour to investigate and respond to all dispute submissions within 14 business days.
12.3 For disputes relating to the outcome of a specific game, the decision of mygm2u (acting on the basis of server-side game logs and provider records) shall be final and binding.
